To maintain the quality of your cutters, please hand wash them after use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help lift the clay off much more easily. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same way.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections, but these will not affect the functionality of the cutters. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

Be aware that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on the availability of materials. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
