To maintain the integrity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may warp or break the cutter. For optimal performance, refrain from washing in the dishwasher, leaving it in direct sunlight, or exposing it to heat or baking.

Before using the cutter on clay, we recommend dipping it in soapy water to facilitate clean removal of the clay. Corn starch can also be used in the same manner for easier release.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, slight bumps and imperfections may occur. However, these will not affect the quality of the cutters. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested prior to dispatch to ensure you receive a top-notch product.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is depicted in the images due to material availability. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, it is essential to disinfect them beforehand and cover your dough with cling film before cutting to prevent any food from sticking.
