To maintain the quality of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this could cause the cutter to warp or break. Important: do not wash the cutters in a dishwasher, leave them in direct sunlight, or expose them to heat or baking.

For optimal results, we recommend dipping the cutter in soapy water before using it with clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Cornstarch can be used similarly to prevent sticking.

Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of 3D printing, you may notice minor bumps or small imperfections on the surface of the cutters. Rest assured, this does not affect their overall quality. Each cutter is carefully hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure you receive the best product possible.

Be aware that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured due to material availability. While these cutters can also be used for baking, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film before cutting to prevent food from sticking.
