To ensure longevity and performance, please hand wash the cutter after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breaking. For best results, do not wash in a dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat or baking.

To enhance your cutting experience, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help lift off the clay with ease. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same manner.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not affect their quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may differ from what is depicted in the photos, as it depends on the availability of materials used.

While our cutters can be used for cookie making, we advise disinfecting them before use and covering the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking to the cutters.
