To maintain the quality of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, avoid leaving in direct sunlight, and refrain from heating or baking the cutters.

For optimal results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will help lift the clay off the cutter with ease. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same way to enhance your crafting experience.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not impact their performance. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested before dispatch to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Be aware that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on the availability of materials. While these cutters can also be used for cookie cutting, it is essential to disinfect them before use. Additionally, we recommend placing cling film over the dough before cutting to prevent food from sticking.
