To maintain the longevity of your cutter, we recommend hand washing it after each use. Please avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breaking. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat or baking.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help lift the clay off much more easily. You can also use cornstarch in the same way for a smoother experience.

Please note that due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters, but rest assured, this will not affect their quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a top-notch product.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may differ from what is pictured, as it depends on the availability of materials used.

While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please remember to disinfect them before use. To prevent food from sticking, we recommend placing cling film over the dough before cutting.
