For optimal performance, we recommend hand washing the cutters after each use. Please avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

To enhance your cutting experience, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help lift the clay off the cutter with ease. Cornstarch can also be used in the same way for a smoother process.

Please be aware that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be minor bumps and imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not impact their quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested prior to dispatch to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from the images shown, depending on the availability of materials used in production.

While these cutters can also be utilized as cookie cutters, it is essential to disinfect them before use. To prevent food from sticking, we recommend placing cling film over the dough before cutting.
