To maintain the quality of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in a dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat or baking.

For optimal results, we recommend dipping the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Cornstarch can also be used in a similar manner for a smooth release.

Please note that, as a result of the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters; however, these do not impact the overall quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured due to the availability of materials. While these cutters can also be used for cookies, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film prior to cutting to prevent food from sticking.
