To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. For best results, do not wash in the dishwasher, expose to direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutter.

For ease of use, we recommend dipping the cutter in soapy water before pressing it into the clay. This simple step will help lift the clay off the cutter more easily. Cornstarch can also be used in the same way for a smoother experience.

Please note that, as these cutters are 3D printed, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections; however, these do not affect the overall quality of the cutters. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested to ensure it meets our high standards before dispatch.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is shown in the images due to material availability. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
