To maintain the quality of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this can cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat or baking.

For optimal results, we recommend dipping the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use cornstarch in the same way to prevent sticking.

Please note that due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps or imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not affect the overall quality of the product. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure you receive the best possible item.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on the availability of materials. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, it’s essential to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
