For optimal care, hand wash the cutter after each use. To maintain its integrity, avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breaking. Please refrain from washing in a dishwasher, exposing the cutter to direct sunlight, or heating/baking it.

For best results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same way to aid in the release.

As each cutter is 3D printed, you may notice small bumps or minor imperfections, but rest assured, these do not impact the quality of the cutters. Each piece is hand-finished and tested prior to dispatch to guarantee your satisfaction.

Please note that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured due to the availability of materials used in production. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, it is essential to disinfect them before use. Additionally, we recommend placing cling film on top of the dough before cutting to prevent food from sticking to the cutters.
