To maintain the quality of your cutter, we recommend hand washing it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breaking. Please do not wash in a dishwasher, expose to direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. You can also use corn starch in the same way for a smoother release.

As these cutters are 3D printed, you may notice small bumps or imperfections; however, these do not affect their functionality. Each cutter is hand-finished and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

Please be aware that the color of the cutters may vary from what is shown in the images, depending on the availability of materials. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, it is essential to disinfect them before use. Additionally, we recommend placing cling film over the dough before cutting to prevent food from sticking.
