To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this can cause warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same way for a smoother experience.

Please note that, due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not affect their overall quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a reliable product.

Be aware that the color of the cutters may vary from what is depicted in the images, depending on material availability. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, it’s essential to disinfect them before use. We recommend placing cling film over the dough prior to cutting to prevent food from sticking.
