To maintain the quality of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breakage. Important care instructions include: do not wash in a dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat/baking.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before pressing it into clay. This simple step will help release the clay more easily. Alternatively, you can use cornstarch in the same manner.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be minor bumps and imperfections on the surface of the cutters. Rest assured, these do not impact the overall quality, as each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from the images shown, depending on the availability of materials.

While our cutters can also be used for cookie making, please ensure to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
