To maintain the longevity of your cutters, please hand wash them after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may warp or break the cutters. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same manner.

Please be aware that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not affect their quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure the highest standards.

Note that the color of the cutters may vary from what is depicted in the images, depending on material availability. While these cutters can be used for cookie making, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
