To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause warping or breakage. We recommend not washing the cutter in a dishwasher, exposing it to direct sunlight, or subjecting it to heat or baking.

For optimal results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help release the clay more easily. Alternatively, you can use cornstarch in the same way.

Please note that due to the 3D printing process, there may be minor bumps and imperfections on the cutters, but these will not affect their quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested prior to dispatch to ensure that you receive a top-quality product.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is shown in the pictures, depending on the availability of materials.

While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please ensure that you disinfect them before use. Additionally, we recommend placing a cling film over the dough before cutting to prevent food from sticking to the cutters.
