To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may cause the cutters to warp or break. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay; this will help lift the clay off more easily. Cornstarch can also be used in the same way for a smoother experience.

Please be aware that, due to the 3D printing process, some cutters may have small bumps or minor imperfections. However, these do not affect the overall quality of the cutters. Each cutter is hand-finished and tested prior to dispatch to ensure you receive a top-quality product.

Note that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on the availability of materials used. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please ensure to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
