To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this may lead to warping or breaking. Important care instructions include: do not wash in the dishwasher, do not leave in direct sunlight, and do not heat or bake the cutter.

For optimal results, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Cornstarch can also be used in the same way for added convenience.

Please be aware that, as each cutter is 3D printed, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections. However, these do not affect the overall quality or performance of the cutters. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards.

While these cutters can also be used for baking cookies, please remember to disinfect them before use. To prevent food from sticking, we recommend placing cling film over the dough before cutting.
