To maintain the longevity of your cutter, please hand wash it after each use. Avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this could cause the cutter to warp or break. Important care tips include: do not wash in the dishwasher, leave in direct sunlight, or expose to heat or baking.

For optimal results, we recommend dipping the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it significantly easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use corn starch in the same manner.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters; however, these do not affect their overall quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and rigorously tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a top-notch product.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on the availability of materials used. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please ensure to disinfect them beforehand and cover your dough with cling film before cutting to prevent food from sticking.
