To maintain the integrity of the cutter, we recommend hand washing it after use. Please avoid applying horizontal pressure, as this can lead to warping or breaking. Do not wash in a dishwasher, expose to direct sunlight, or heat/bake the cutters.

For optimal performance, dip the cutter in soapy water before using it on clay. This simple step will make it much easier to lift the clay off the cutter. Alternatively, you can use cornstarch in the same way for a smoother release.

Please note that, due to the 3D printing process, there may be small bumps and minor imperfections on the cutters. However, these do not affect the overall quality. Each cutter is hand-finished and thoroughly tested before dispatch to ensure you receive a top-notch product.

Keep in mind that the color of the cutters may vary from what is pictured, depending on material availability. While these cutters can also be used for cookie making, please remember to disinfect them before use and cover the dough with cling film to prevent food from sticking.
